Victor Perez,62, went to his rest August 18, 2022 after battling a lengthy illness. He was born Oct, 30, 1958 in Hanford, California. He was the youngest child of loving parents Merced and Trinidad (Aspeitia) Perez who he helped care for in their latter years.
Victor graduated from Hanford High School in 1976 where he played football and track. He was employed as a facility manager in manufacturing for 46 years. He was most recently employed by JoAnn's Distribution Center as a Purchasing Coordinator in Visalia.
He was the proud father of sons, Victor Perez Jr. (Andrea),Mario Perez (Kasie) and daughter Ambrey Perez. Together they gave him his grandchildren Jalyn, Cody, Aleeya, Payten,Kemp, Emily, Valerie, Anthony, and Gabriel. Surviving also are his siblings, Yolanda Guerrero, Herman Perez, Linda Velasquez and Merced Perez Jr., as well as numerous nephews and nieces who will miss his presence at family get togethers and holidays. His cousin Peter who was also like a brother to him and always present and by his side.
He was greatly involved with his children's activities primarily sports. He coached for Armona Little League from 1994 to 2001. He had a passion for car shows, doing archery, target shooting, playing golf, fishing with his cousin Peter. He especially loved riding his Harley-Davidson with his buddies. He was known for his great barbecues. He owned several grills and a smoker. His homemade menudo will be a memory now.
He came to enjoy fellowship with Our Lord later in life and savored what he learned. He will be remembered for his kindness, his willingness to help others and his love of family.
Services will be held at Koinonia Church of Hanford on Fri. Sept. 9.
