Jake Edward Poole

Jake Edward Poole entered this life on April 11, 1996. He entered eternal rest on July 6, 2024. He is survived by his mother, Esperanza Sanchez, his maternal grandfather, Alberto Sanchez, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Jake was an adventurous soul who enjoyed quad riding and basketball. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A graveside service for Jake will be held Friday, July 19, 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Oak Grove Cemetery & Veterans Memorial, Oak Grove Cemetery, Laton, CA 93242. A Celebration of Life to follow at the Portuguese Hall of Riverdale 3059 West Mount Whitney Avenue Riverdale, California

We Hold You

Fill not your heart with pain and sorrow, but remember me in every tomorrow. Remember the joy, the laughter, the smiles, I’ve only gone to rest a little while. Although my leaving causes pain and grief, my going has eased my hurt and given me relief.

So dry your eyes and remember me not as I am now, but as I used to be. Because I will remember you all and look on with a smile, Understand, in your hearts, I’ve only gone to rest a little while. As long as I have the love of each of you,
