Frank is survived by his spouse, Barbara Mendez; his daughter Tracy Segura; his daughter Tara Mendez Juarez; his daughter Vanessa Perez; and his son Frank Mendez Jr. Mr. Mendez is also survived by 10 wonderful grandchildren.
Frank was preceded in death by his father Frank Mendez and his mother Linda Angulo.
A Celebration of Life for Frank will be held on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at 6:00 pm at People's Funeral Chapel, 501 North Douty Street, Hanford, CA 93230.

THE HEART
The heart is such a vital organ
sustaining life for us all.
It beats at every osculating sound,
endures love forever when two people are in love.
It embraces family that were forever or forever no more.
Many sounds find it broken; mangled in pieces.
It is quite a masterpiece;
sorrows and pains are at the beat of the heart,
tears and fears not many cheers.

sometimes it takes our very own life.
Pain in the heart is like a treacherous
river that never stands still.
Sometimes life is against our own will
like a bee who lost its sting.
We see what our hearts bring -
laughter, joy, a new tomorrow,
a hero who conquers its blood stains,
lifting spirits high.
The rising sun opens the new day.
The setting moon brings a new night
the stars above give us light.
Can you hear the sounds in the wind?
The teardrop on the edge
has fallen to the surroundings of a new beat.
The heart is quite a masterpiece
that will drop you at your feet.
