Donald was born July 23, 1933 in Hanford, California to Donald Brown and Marjorie Baker. He was the 3rd of 5 children. He joined the Unites States Air Force and was selected to be a member of the Strategic Air Command, and married his high school sweetheart, Nora LouDean Weaver. Shortly after their marriage, the couple moved to Lake Charles, Louisiana where Donald proudly served four years for his Country. The first of his 3 children, Donald Lewis Brown, was born in Lake Charles. After an honorable discharge, Donald moved his family back to Hanford to settle down where he had two more children, Pamala Sue and Diana Lynn.
Donald was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints where he held the office of High Priest. Donald was a contractor by trade and enjoyed working with wood, drafting, and creating things. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends whether it be camping in the mountains or at the beach, riding motorcycles, or just sitting around chatting. His hobbies were going to airplane museums and car shows where he proudly displayed his 1961 Corvair Sedan. He is survived by his wife, Nora, his son Don, daughters Pam and Diana, 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and a great-great granddaughter.
