Frank Johnson Brown IV

Frank "Jay" Johnson Brown IV 03-14-1978 to 06/16/2024 Jay, 46, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday June 16, 2024, from complications of diabetes. He was a native of Newport News Virginia and graduated from Menchville High School in 1996, and then went on to attend VA TECH. Jay was a "car guy" from an early age. He always worked in the car industry and especially loved classic European cars and owned several. His favorite was his Mercedes 2002 SL500. His knowledge of cars was vast. He could talk to you for hours about cars! He is survived by his parents Dr. & Mrs Frank J. Brown III (Pat). Jay is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins in the area. There will be a visitation Saturday June 29, 2024 from 3-5 PM at Parklawn Wood Funeral Home, located at 2551 N.Armistead Ave, Hampton VA 23666. The family would like to give a special thanks to all Jays close friends for all of their support during this "impossible" time.
