Francis Willis Toney

Francis was born in Sunshine N.C. He was a very worker, who worked at various jobs including Husky Heating and Air until its closure where he began working with Peninsula Heating and Air. He retired from Mercedes Benz of Hampton. Francis was an active member of the Salvation Army Church of Virginia.

He is preceded in death by his parents Audie Okran Toney and Mattie Ellen Allen Toney of North Carolina, three brothers; Audie Wilburn Toney, Miles Clifford Toney and Gene Thomas Toney, all of N.C. a son; Billy Joe Toney of N.C. granddaughter; Derritta Michelle Toney of N.C. Two grandsons; David Austin Toney of N.C. and Meyer Mark Tatlock of Louisiana.

Those left to cherish his memory, one brother: Wayne Toney. Eight sisters: Evelyn Helton, Johnnie Campbell, Velma Campbell, Carolyn Wilkie, Viola Brower, Alleen Turner, Ann Mann, Rita Hollifield, all of North Carolina, two sons: Richard Toney of N.C; James Toney and daughter, Janet Toney Tatlock both of Virginia, twelve grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be private, with inurnment at Parklawn Memorial Cemetery, Hampton, Virginia
