Bobby Joe Baldwin

He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving as Airman 1st Class and recipient of the National Defense Service Medal and Good Conduct Medal. He was a former Civil Service Aircraft Maintenance Instructor for the Department of the U.S. Army. Bobby was a member of West Hampton Baptist Church.

Bobby was preceded in rest by his mother, Grace Nance Baldwin; father, Claude D. Baldwin; brothers, C.D. Baldwin, Charles Baldwin, Clyde Baldwin, Earl Baldwin, Lawrence Baldwin, and Earnest Glen Baldwin; sisters, Magonia Privette, Mavis Dail, and Vera Mae Lee.

He is survived by his wife of sixty-one years, Evelyn Foster Baldwin; daughter, Deborah Baldwin King and her husband, Kelvin; two grandchildren, Cameron Tyler King and Courtney King Munro and husband, Rob; brother, Johnny F. Baldwin and wife, Barbara; sister, Dorothy B. Huffstetler.

The family will receive friends on Friday, September 25, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2015, 12:00 p.m. at West Hampton Baptist Church in Hampton. Entombment will follow at 3:30 p.m.at Parklawn Memorial Park.
