Bobby was born on Mother's Day, May 9th ,1965, and his mother said he was the best gift ever.
He grew up in Hamilton and graduated from Hamilton High School in 1983. He later attended the University of North Texas and received his Master's Degree.
Family was extremely important to Bobby and he was many times the link that brought the family together. Often family members would receive phone calls where they would always enjoy catching up and reminiscing about old times.
He loved spending time with his niece Amber as she was growing up. They spent many summers together creating an unbreakable bond.
Every year at Christmas, he would decorate the yard at his parents’ house for all the kids in the family to enjoy.
He was a big supporter of high school basketball and loved to cheer on his Hamilton Bulldogs.
Summer was his favorite time of the year when he spent time teaching swimming lessons and cultivating his large garden alongside his mother. Only last week he said "Oh mom, we have had such great times in this garden."
Bobby had a great love for all animals but especially loved his dogs. He adopted, rescued, bred, and raised many over the years and he loved them just like his children.
His faith and trust in God was very strong. He often went to his pastor, Pastor Reich, confiding in him through good times and bad.
Bobby had many challenges in life, but on Jun 15th God decided it was time for him to come home. He will be greatly missed by both his family and friends.
He is survived by his parents Linda and Travis Moore, brothers Michael and wife Deborah Moore of Goldthwaite, Charles Gonce of Copperas Cove, nephews Garrett and Grayson Moore, Nieces Greenlee Jo Moore, Amber Zaluga and husband Eli, three aunts and three uncles and many cherished cousins.
