Suddenly at his home on June 16, 2016 in his 66th year, Patrick peacefully passed away. Loving father of Tammy and Carrie (Rick). Cherished papa of Justin, Elijah and Abigail and great-grandson Jaxson. Dear brother of Michael (Nancy), Nancy, David (Kim), Karen (Colin) and Mark. Family will receive friends at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave. E., on Wednesday, June 22nd from 6-9 p.m. and will continue at St. John United Church, 195 East 38th St., on Thursday, June 23rd from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Donations in memory of Patrick may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Bibles for Missions.
