Passed away peacefully in hospital after a long battle with cancer on June 7, 2013 at the age of 58. Loving wife of John Hall. Cherished mother of Diana (Mike) and Sean (Ashlee). Dear grandmother of Brendan, Neely and Carter. Loving sister of Karen (Drew) and Bruce (Kelly). Patricia was a dedicated long time employee of Bell Canada. Patricia will always be remembered for her generosity and kind heart. Special thank you to Bridget for her love and dedication and to the staff at Bayshore Home Care. Family will receive friends at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME UPPER JAMES CHAPEL, 1020 Upper James Street, on Saturday, June 8th from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Sunday, June 9th at 1 p.m. in the chapel.
