Passed away at the Hamilton General Hospital on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at the age of 70. Loving and devoted husband of 49 years to Belmira. Proud father of Luis, Ana, Rui, Sandra and Susan and grandfather of twelve. Will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends in Canada and Portugal. Visitation at the MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Prayer service Friday at 8 p.m. Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, January 29, 2011 at 10 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
