With great sadness we announce the passing in his 63rd year after a courageous battle with cancer, at the Kingston General Hospital on Tuesday April 4, 2017, with his family by his side. He leaves behind his loving wife of 36 years Kim, his son Bradley (Linda) and daughter Jennifer Blackborow (Tyler) and the grandchildren he so greatly adored Lucas, Sabrina, Blake and Trent. His mother Anna, brother Maurice (Theresa) and sisters Lorraine, Aline (Wally), Claudette (Jochen), Pierrette (Roger), Liliane (Rudy) and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father Leo. He was a long time proud and dedicated employee at Ontario Power Generation working at the Lakeview, Nanticoke, Lenox plants. Special thanks to all the staff at Kingston General Hospital for their outstanding care and compassion. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME-FENNELL CHAPEL, 322 Fennell Avenue East, Hamilton on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 11 a.m. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be much appreciated by the family.
