Gloria Jane Spence

SPENCE, Gloria Jane March 31, 1954 - January 15, 2011 Gloria has gone to be with her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Gloria. She fought a courageous battle but finally succumbed to cancer on Saturday, January 15, 2011 with her partner and best friend John at her side. Gloria will be sadly missed by her three sons Stuart (Nicole), Ian (Roxanne), Mark, their father Paul and grandchildren Chyanne and Layne. Gloria will also be greatly missed by her mother Rachel and her late father John Wazny, also sisters Linda (Bob) and Diane, brother Robert, niece Naomi (Brad), and nephews Adam (Suzanne), Bart (Anna) and John. Gloria touched the lives of many and will be sadly missed but very lovingly remembered. The family will receive friends at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Avenue East on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday January 19, at 2 p.m. Interment in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation or the Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family.
