PATRICK, Frederick William - Passed away at the Joseph Brant Hospital on April 10, 2015 at the age of 67. Reunited with his beloved wife of 43 years Sharon (2014) and his devoted parents Stanley and Thelma. Much loved father of Michael (Marie), Jennifer Kocemba (Bart), grandpa Freddie of Brian and Michael and grampie of Stretch and Rupert. Fred will forever live on in the hearts of his sisters and brother; Gail (Ray), Carol, the late Christine (the late Rick), Kevin (Sylvie), Susan (George), brother and sisters-in-law; Jack (Christine), Pat (Don), Liz (the late Jim), and nieces, nephews, cousins extended family and many friends. Family and friends are welcome to visitation at Markey Dermody Funeral Home,1774 King Street east (at Kenilworth) on Monday from 2-4 and 6-9pm. Funeral service in the Chapel on Tuesday, April 14 2015 at 11am. Interment in Gate of Heaven cemetery to follow.
