Evelyn Elizabeth Barker

Predeceased by her loving husband Frederick. Survived by children Gordon (Linda) and Stephen. Dear grandmother to Rick (Dawn) and Dawn (Neil). Loving great-grandmother of Ryan and Nick. She leaves behind her sister Bernice Gulliver (Dick). Predeceased by siblings Harold (Barbara), Jerry (Betty), Murray (Cleo), Lola (Cliff) and Jean (Bob). Evelyn was a wonderful aunt to 8 nieces and 1 nephew and their families.

The family thanks Dr. Tuttle and the staff at Extendicare Hamilton for their care and compassion over the past 11 years. Special thanks to the PSWs for their kindness.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 from 2:00-4:00 pm and 6:00-8:00 pm at Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Avenue East, Hamilton (905-387-2111). A graveside service will take place on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at 11:00 am at Blackheath United Church Cemetery (2320 Haldibrook Rd, Caledonia, ON) . In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
