The family of Ed Eisler are heartbroken by his sudden passing on Saturday, April 2, 2016 due to complications of dementia at St. Joseph's Hospital, at the age of 66. Ed leaves behind his wife Diane, daughter Brenda (Jeff), son Mark (Sherry), mother Darlene, brother Harv, 7 grandchildren and awaiting the arrive of his first great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father Irwin. Many thanks to the wonderful staff of St. Peter's Residence at Chedoke and also the old A-1 at St. Joseph's Hospital. Cremation has taken place. At Ed's request there will be no formal funeral service but an informal memorial luncheon will be held at CRESMOUNT UPPER JAMES CHAPEL, 1020 Upper James, St., on Friday, April 8th from 12-2 p.m. for friends and family. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Joseph's Hospital attention Seniors Mental Health or the SPCA would be appreciated by the family.
