It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our dear mother, Doreen Audrey Marshall (nee James) on October 17,2022 at the age of 90 following a brief illness.
Predeceased by husband Jim (1995) and parents Orville James (1979) and Levinia May James (1985). Loving mother to Karen Shields (Paul), Sue Mature (Steve) and Paul Marshall (Anne). Dear Grandma to Jena (Vince), Ryan (Rebecca) and Great Grandma to Audrey and Leo. Thanks to Mom's very special friend, the late George Bush and his family, Greg, Jenny, Mikayla and Jesse for being a loving part of her life. A strong, dedicated and passionate mother to us providing unparalleled love and comfort to the very end. She will be missed more than words can describe. Visitation will be held at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Avenue E. on Wednesday, October 19th from 5pm-8pm and on Thursday, October 20th from 12noon until time of service in the funeral home chapel at 1pm. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Red Cross.
