Alfred Gilbert Randall

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Alfred on September 24, 2024 in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Karen Randall (nee Smith). Loving father of Cindy (Steve) and George (Dana). Forever remembered and cherished grandpa of Daniel (Camilla) and Ariana (Dan). Cherished brother of the late Clarence (Joyce), Gloria (Bob) and Beverley (Jim) and brother-in-law to Lynda (Rick) and Bonnie. He will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Alfred exuded a zest for life, loved playing darts at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 163 with his friends and had a great sense of humor. Family was very important to him, and he enjoyed the time he spent with his siblings, nephews and nieces. Alfred took family camping every year, rain or shine, with many fond memories of road trips and teaching his kids (and grandkids) fishing, and homework. Alfred had a flair for baking with his fudge, apples and Belgium cookies, a favourite during the holidays. The family would like to thank the staff of Juravinski Hospital for their kindness and compassionate care.

Family will receive friends at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave. E., on Sunday, September 29th from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral service will be celebrated on Monday, September 30th at 11am in the chapel. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery.
