Shirley Faye Barnes, age 84 of Trenton, passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 in her home. Shirley was born on October 5, 1940 in Knox County, KY, the daughter of the late Walter and Nola (Seibert) Lickliter. On May 28, 1958, she married her husband of 62 years, Charles W. Barnes, who preceded her in death on June 30, 2020. Shirley is survived by her children, Diana McClain, Bruce Barnes, and Michelle (Carl) Conley; grandchildren, Travis McClain, Megan Conley, Brandon Barnes, and Jarrod (Macy) Barnes; great-grandchildren, Kellin, Caysen, Paisley, Jensen, and Parker; and siblings, Doris (Tom) Clemens, Jerry (Karen) Lickliter, and Janice Glenn. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Nola; husband, Charles; grandsons, Chad Akers and CJ Conley; brother, Ralph Lickliter; and son-in-law, Mike Baird.
