Age 76, beloved husband of the late Mabel (nee Robinson) Parker, devoted father of Rhonda Parker, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2015 after battling lung cancer. Known by most as “Parker,” his life is an example of what it means to live life as a good, honest, and caring person. He loved fishing in his boat at his Michigan getaway, country music, and Western movies. His family and friends will remember his quick sense of humor, cooking abilities, and his willingness to love and embrace his friends and family without limits. He was a proud and protective father and husband, working hard until retirement from Armco/AK Steel to provide for his family while also dedicating himself to the community by serving the New Miami Local School district. Visitation will be held on Friday June 26, 2015 from 10am to 12pm at the Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home, 240 Ross Ave, Hamilton, OH 45013. Funeral ceremony will follow at 12pm with Rev. R. Neil Gabbard officiating. Interment will be held at Hickory Flat Cemetery.
