Ramona L. Titkemeyer-Bartlett

Titkemeyer-Bartlett, Ramona L. age 90, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024. She was born on December 11, 1934 in Switzerland County, Indiana to Helen Elizabeth and Henry Jonas Swanson. Ramona spent her early years on the family farm with her 8 brothers and sisters.

She began her college education at Michigan State along with her husband, Roy. They remained in Michigan for several years before moving to Ohio. Ramona finished her education at Miami University, Ohio and began a long career as an elementary teacher in the Edgewood School system before retiring to Florida. She was very respected in the community and loved by students and colleagues. Ramona enjoyed working outdoors in her flower beds, danced at every opportunity, and cherished time spent with her kids and grandkids.

Ramona was married to Roy for 53 years until he passed, but, several years later, she was blessed with a chance to start something new when she met Bart (Dwinell) Bartlett. The connection was immediate and deep and carried through to his own family, with whom she stayed closely connected.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Roy L. Titkemeyer and Dwinell Bartlett; sisters, Shirley Cook, Gloria Swanson; brothers, Hank Swanson, Kenneth Swanson, Sanford Swanson, Buddy Swanson, Buster Swanson.

Ramona is survived by her sister, Sharon Harlow; sons, Randy

Titkemeyer (Karen), Roger Titkemeyer (Terry); daughter, Rhonda

Carnevali; grandchildren, Evan, Shelby, Kasey, Andy, Tanner, Jack, Levi; sisters-in-law Alice and Daisy; many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 from 5:00 pm

until 7:00 pm with Funeral Services on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am all held at the Rose Hill Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011.
