Joann Silezin, age 87 of Clearwater, Florida, formerly of Fairfield, Ohio, passed away at her residence on Thursday, January 12, 2023. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on December 24, 1935, the daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Ramsey) Tolley. She graduated from Ross High School in Ross, Ohio. On November 21, 1985 in Cincinnati, Joann married her late husband, John A. Silezin. Joann worked at Fisher Body in Hamilton from 1977 until her retirement in 1987. She is survived by her two children, Diane (Randy) Butz and Gregory (Lori) Fisher; grandsons, Kris (Cristina) Butz, Eric (Rebekah) Butz and Jacob Fisher; granddaughter, Yupa Butz and great grandchildren, Joseph, Madison, Fisher, Nora, Abigail and Ethan Butz; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John A. Silezin; siblings, Kenneth (Dorothy) Tolley, Frances (Ernest) Goos, Pauline Davis, June (Paul) Toth, Jean Koch and Marie Tolley in infancy and grandson, Kevin Butz. Visitation will be held from 11am-1pm on Friday, January 20, 2023 at the Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home. Funeral ceremony to follow at 1pm at the funeral home with Pastor Kris Butz, grandson, officiating. Interment will be held at Venice Cemetery.
