CRAIN, Harold Gene Sr., (Fluse) age 82, passed away Thursday, January 18, 2024. He was born October 16, 1941 in Hamilton, Ohio to Laura and Harvey Crain. Harold Sr. was a strong and tough man, raised his children up to be strong and have a great work ethic. He loved his family and his wife who was the love of his life and he loved his wife until he passed away. Harold’s grandchildren was his pride and joy, then the great grandchildren came into his life which he was very thankful to the Lord to let him see them, he enjoyed music and just listening to the boys play guitar and sing, he served in the United States Army during Vietnam and was very patriotic, Harold was funny and would always be the life of a party, if you were his friend he would move heaven and earth to help you, for 80 years he lived his life wide open never knowing what he might do next.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Juanita Guthrie, Mary Brunck; brother, Gerald Crain.
Harold is survived by his daughters, Cindy G. Stanton (Tom), Christie K. Blevins; sons, Harold G. Crain Jr., Arthur D. Crain (Crystal); eleven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; sisters, Ann Wallen, Judy Crain, Karen Sue DeAngulo; brothers, Norman Crain, Darrell Crain. He will be loved and cherished by a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until Funeral Services at 11:00 am on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at the Rose Hill Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011.
