Frances Whitt Sims was born on June 3, 1931 in Royalton, Magoffin County, Kentucky, the daughter of William Lawton Whitt and Ina (Flint) Whitt. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald Sims, her parents, and niece Kathy Rupp. Remaining family includes two sisters, Freda Caudill and Helen (Jack) Poehner and two brothers, Gary Whitt and Larry (Carol) Whitt and nieces and nephews. Frances worked at Champion Papers, Knightsbridge for 38 years. The family wishes to thank the staff at Woodlands Assisted Living of Hamilton and Hospice of Miami Valley for their kind and compassionate care. Funeral ceremony will be held at 12pm on Friday July 22, 2016 at Community Christian Church, 3401 Millikin Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held prior to services from 11am to 12pm at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
