Dr. Lawrence W. Stanfield, age 79 of Hamilton, passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at Hospice of Hamilton. He was born on September 24, 1945 in Richmond, VA, the son of the late Jerry Banks and Ida Louise (Whitlock) Stanfield. Larry married his wife, Nancy Carol (Blanchard) Stanfield on July 15, 2012 in Daytona Beach, FL. He was a veteran of the US Air Force, earned his Doctorate degree in Psychology from Nova University, and was a Psychologist Retired Educator and Author. Larry is survived by his wife, Nancy; brother, John Stanfield; and nieces, Lynne Jenkins and Gail Wall. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry and Ida; and siblings, Jerry Stanfield, Betty Stanfield Harrison, and Ethelene Stanfield Crawford. A Memorial Service will be held at the convenience of the family. Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home is serving the family.
