Roy King Mah

Roy King Mah, 73, of Halifax, passed away on June 2, 2023. Roy was born on June 8, 1949 to King Mah and Pearl Elizabeth Mah (Wilson) in Halifax. Roy was predeceased by Wife, Margaret Catherine Ann Mah (Tate), Wife, Donna Elizabeth Mah (Hoadley), Father, King Mah, Mother, Pearl Elizabeth Mah (Wilson), Sisters Edith Mah, Rose Marie Webber (Mah). Survived by Sisters Fay Manning (Mah), Catherine Newberry (Mah), Tammy Feener (Mah), Brothers, James Mah, Henry Mah, Phillip Mah, Aurthur Mah, Daughters Shelley Mah, Tracy Mah (Tyler Savory) Son Austin Mah (Angela) Grandson James Roy Savory. After acquiring his GED, Roy went on to have a more than 30 year career with the Auditor General's Office. In 1972 Roy became a father to daughter Shelley Mah. In 1992 to son Austin Mah and 1993 to daughter Tracy Mah. Roy was thrilled to become grandfather in 2018 to James Savory. In retirement Roy spent his time travelling with his wife Donna and enjoying his long time computer hobby. He looked forward to dinner dates with friends Charley and Nancy Baxter. He was an avid runner and in recent years enjoyed exercising with friends at the Canada Games Center in Halifax. Most of all he loved spending time with his children and Grandson James. Services will be held at JA Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Dr, Halifax, NS B3S 0E1 on Friday June 16th, 2-4pm.
