She became a pillar of the community, having worked with the Halifax Regional School Board for a number of years at Park West School and was recognized in the community by children and parents alike everywhere she went. She had the biggest smile on her face when children would yell, ‘Pushpa!’ and run to hug her.
Pushpa was full of life and loved socializing with her friends. Her smile could brighten up a whole room and her sense of humour and quick wit were adored by all. She was always the life of the party. She loved deeply, was loved by many, and lived life to the fullest.
