Age 99 of Halifax passed away December 28, 2023 at Whitehills LTC.
Born in Glen Haven she was the daughter of the late James and Jenny Smith
Madeline worked for NSPC and Canadian Tire. She enjoyed quilting and knitting as well as special occasions and Sunday family dinners.
She is survived by her sons, Neill (Debbie) of Hammonds Plains and Murray (Elizabeth) of Lower Sackville; sister Beryl; 4 grandchildren; 5 great- grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by husband Malcolm; daughter Judith and granddaughter Melissa.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday January 3, 2024 from 1-3pm in J A Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Drive and a memorial service will be held on Thursday January 4th at 1pm in St. John’s Anglican Church, 2187 Larry Uteck Blvd., Bedford. Rev. Randy Townsend officiating.
