Laura Jennine Tishler Mingo died suddenly at her home in Halifax NS on October 17, 2022. Born in NYC on February 28, 1970, Laura was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, and wife. She was an actress, writer, model, and singer, who loved children and animals, and was always there for the underdog.
She will be missed by her devoted husband, Charles Hawkins Mingo, her sweet young daughter Sabrina Jade, her mother and step-father, Elaine and Jose Fonseca, her father and step-mother Dr. Kenneth Tishler and Venus, and her adoring sister Melinda Joy Panagopolous.
She was larger than life, and will be missed by so many in this one. We honor her now as she illuminates the heavens even more with her brilliance, dances and sings with the angels, and is blanketed in God’s love and peace.
Funeral and reception will be held at J.A. Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Drive at 10am on October 29th, 2022.
