Lauchlin "Locky" MacDonald

Family and friends have always shared a special love for their oldest brother.

He was larger than life itself. He enjoyed music, art and woodworking, but most of all he cherished his bikes over the years.

He will be missed dearly. Locky was predeceased by his brothers, Robert and Gerald. He is survived by his son, Kyle Lauchlin MacDonald, Halifax; sisters, Beverly Corbett-Conway, Lower Sackville; Carol Tower (Mike Marsden), Five Islands, Colleen MacDonald, Halifax; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place. There will be a visitation for family and friends between 6 and 7 PM on Wednesday, August 4 at Cruikshank’s Halifax Funeral Home, 2032 Robie Street. A celebration of Lauchlin’s life as well as a reception in his honour will take place directly following the visitation.
