Eleanor Grace Pitt (nee Smith), 86, passed away December 19, 2020, in Halifax. She was the daughter of Leonard and Grace Smith. She is survived by her son, David; his wife, Marjorie; their daughter, Alexandra; and her extended family, including her cousin and close friend Geraldine Thomas. Eleanor was predeceased by her loving husband, John. A member of the Rockingham United Church choir for many years, Eleanor loved music and books. She had a vibrant sense of humour and she loved her family. She will always be remembered. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
