Jason M. Perna, 30, of Westwood, NJ, passed away at home on Feb 15, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Wayne, NJ to Arthur and the late Nina Perna. Jason worked for Apple Computer before working most recently for ASAP Computer Maintenance in New York City. He was a proud member of Option 5.
Jason is survived by a loving wife, Stephanie Perna (nee Stone); his devoted father and step-mother, Arthur and Sandra Perna; cherished step-sister Tara Klein; father-in-law Ron Stone and partner Rebecca Epstein; and brother-in-law, Spencer Stone.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jason’s memory to Holy Name Hospice, 725 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ 07666.
Relatives and friends are invited to a funeral service at 11:00 am on Tuesday, Feb 18, 2014 at Gutterman and Musicant Jewish Funeral Directors, 402 Park Street, Hackensack, NJ 07601. Interment to follow at Cedar Park Cemetery, Paramus, NJ.
