James “Jim” Robert Alluri, 73, passed away September 3, 2023 in Waukegan, Illinois. He was born October 25, 1949 at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital to Albert and Martha Alluri, and grew up in Elmhurst.
Jim was a carpenter by trade and was known for his ability to build anything he set his mind to. He devoted his life to his craft over his 40-year career at International Harvester / Navistar.
Jim is survived by his three sons, Jeff Alluri of Naples, FL; Justin Alluri of Gurnee, IL; and Jonathan West of Loves Park, IL. Jim will be laid to rest at Acacia Park Cemetery.
