SOMERS, Sharon Ann - Passed away peacefully, after a long battle with breast cancer, at Hospice Wellington, on Sunday, December 18, 2011 with her loving family by her side, at the age of 65. Beloved wife of Robert for over 34 years. Loving mother of Josh and Justin. Daughter of the late Mildred and Harold Husson. Dear sister of Randy (Jane) Husson and sister-in-law of Donna Marshall and the late Ruth White. Adored daughter-in-law of Audrey Somers. Sharon will be dearly missed by her friends Sandy and Jack O'Connor. Sharon will be missed by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A very special thank you to Natalie for her card of hope that touched her heart before her passing. The family also wishes to thank the staff at Hospice Wellington for all their care. Family will receive friends at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, December 22, 2011. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Friday, December 23, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. Cremation will follow. As expressions of sympathy, donations made to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
