In loving memory of our beautiful Mom, March 1 1920 – November 17, 2013 She left this world peacefully, cradled by her family’s love, into the arms of her Savior. “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid.” John 14:27 Loving mother of Peter Trotter, Philip Trotter (Michelle) and Celia Britt (Ian). Predeceased by her daughter Ann Hayes (Joe) and her brother Gus. Beloved sister to Olga Clark. She will be missed by her grandchildren Angela and Pamela Hayes, Laura Trotter-Thomas (Jay), Collin Costa, Sean (Kendra) Britt, Eric Britt, Bethany Trotter, and her great-grandchildren Grayson, Brodynne and Treven Thomas, and Declan Britt, as well as her nieces and nephews. She was cherished by all. The family that she left behind will carry on her legacy of gentleness, love, compassion, delightful sense of humor and zest for life. (She had been known, on more than several occasions, to be scooped up into the air parasailing, with her sister Olga, behind a speeding motorboat). Thoughts and prayers would be welcome not only for our family, but also for the wonderful people who took such loving care of her at Cambridge Country Manor. They loved her so much and will miss her greatly. A special thank you to Ted, who came alongside her as a special friend in her last years of life. A memorial service will be held at Lakeside Church, 7654 Conservation Rd, Guelph, on Saturday November 23, 2013 at 3pm. In lieu of flowers, donations made to Hope House, 75 Norfolk St., Guelph, would be appreciated by the family.
