Maria Tedesco

TEDESCO, Maria -- Passed away at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Orangeville, on Sunday, August 19, 2012. Maria (Zamprogna) Tedesco, age 68 years, was the beloved wife of the late Antonio Tedesco (2011). She was the daughter of the late Giovanni and Elide Zamprogna. Dear mother of Dina and her husband Michael Dowle and Luigi all of Brampton. Loved Nonna of Daniella; Cameron and James. Dear sister of Joe and his wife Gina Zamprogna of Guelph; sister-in-law of the late Agostino and his wife Olga of Italy; the late Agnese Alberton and her husband Marcello; Teresinaand her husband Joe DePieri; the late Abe Tedesco and his late wife Lina and the late Angelo Tedesco and his wife Mary all of Guelph. Maria will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews, and friends, especially her "roomies" at Foxwood Place. Maria's family gratefully acknowledges the assistance received through out her illness, especially from the Headwaters Health Care Centre staff, Dr. and Mrs. Salih, Dr. Law and associates, Josephine and Father Sean of St. Timothy Parish. Friends will be received at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph, (Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.) A Vigil for Maria will be held on Thursday at 8:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. John's Church 45 Victoria Rd., Guelph, on Friday, August 24, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. Cremation, with inurnment at Our Lady Immaculate Mausoleum, Marymount Cemetery.
