Frank Cece

Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on January 31, 2013, in his 88th year. Loving husband of 56 years to Robin (nee Daniels). Cherished father of Patricia (Ed Liverance), Louis (Brenda), Teresa (Rob Grady), Francis (Ann), Stephen, Katherine (Mike Briscoe). He was loved by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survived by his sister, Mary (Bill) Saunders. Predeceased by his sister Filomena Ludwig. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He worked at Maleable Iron as a young man, was a WWII dispatch rider, and returned home to join the Guelph Post Office until his retirement. Frank made his home between Guelph and his summers in Sauble Beach. The family will receive friends at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Memorial Service will follow in the chapel at 1 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
