Shirley Jean Reed was born April 21, 1937, in Coco, WV. She went home to be with the Lord on March 21, 2022, in Grove City, OH. Shirley was preceded in death by her mother and father, Leota May and Roderick George Thomas; brother, Jackie McCrosky; sister, Naomi (Bob) Horner; and, grandson, Tyler Douglas Reed. She is survived by her son, Keith (Sheila) Reed of Grove City, OH; son, Douglas (Lisa) Reed of South Bloomfield, OH; daughter, Sheryl (Tracy) Dague of Galloway, OH; 8 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, March 27, 2022 from 2-5 pm at Schoedinger Funeral Home 4242 Hoover Rd., Grove City, OH 43123. The funeral service will be held at 10 am on Monday, March 28, 2022 at Harvest Chapel CCCU 530 W Jefferson Kiousville Rd SE, West Jefferson, OH 43162, with the Rev. Faron Tabor, officiating. Interment to be followed at Sunset Cemetery 6959 W. Broad St., Galloway, OH 43119. In lieu of flowers, Shirley requests contributions to be made to Ohio Christian University, Circleville, OH.
