Marco Salvatore Morreale was born in Detroit, Michigan on October 31, 1969. Marco loved his family. Marco's interests and hobbies were reading, gardening, music, fishing, and classic cars. He valued education.
Marco dedicated his studies to chemistry, earning his Ph.D. in chemistry from Oakland University. He worked as a professor of chemistry at local universities.
Marco is survived by his three siblings Antonio Morreale III (Stefania), Vittorio Morreale (Claudia), and Linda Lynch (Kevin). He was the loving and caring uncle of Antonio IV, Marco, Alessia, Giulia, Vittorio II, Brennan, Michael, and Anna Lisa. Marco is predeceased by his parents Antonio and Rosa Morreale.
Marco will lie in state on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at 9:30 am until the time of Mass at 10:00 am at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 467 Fairford, Grosse Pointe Woods. The interment will take place following the Mass at Resurrection Cemetery.
