Jake was caring, loving, giving, sincere, respectful, humble, funny, witty and just knew how to make you smile. I know it sounds cliché to say he lit up the room when he walked in, but he literally did. He filled every room with laughter. His smile could truly warm your heart and many times Jake made you laugh with uncontrollable joy. Jake was such a bright spark and a huge personality, even though his time on earth was cut tragically short.
Jake made everyone smile that had the privilege and honor to meet him.
Jake enjoyed life, family gatherings, his dogs and many friends. Jake was always there to brighten the lives of others. He was a motivated entrepreneur and never stopped looking for his next adventure. He worked as a Mortgage banker/loan officer for Rocket Mortgage in Detroit and also owned JCS Pressure Washing that he started in 2021. He also worked with the South Lyon Fire Department as a cadet.
Jake changed our lives for the better. He left a gift for all of us with memories we hold of his kindness, humor, charisma, motivation and love.
Jake will be missed by so many but never forgotten.
He is survived by his mother, Lisa (Smith) Fields, step father George Bluga (Linda) and his biological father, Jim Ingram (Tandy Avery).
