Mr. Raymond Eugene Pemberton

Mr. Pemberton was born August 14, 1926 son of the late Arley Pemberton and the late Nellie Wright Pemberton. He was a member of Westside Church of Christ and a veteran of the Army Air Force. Mr. Pemberton retired as a radio operator from Eastern Airlines. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sammie Pemberton; brother, Gail Pemberton and sister, Helen Wall.

Survivors include sons & daughters-in-law, Gene & Roxanne Pemberton of McDonough, Jerry & Helen Pemberton of Griffin; daughter & son-in-law, Cheryl & Mike Wilson of Stockbridge; 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Hazel Rawlings and brothers, John Pemberton, Wayne Pemberton, Cecil Pemberton and Warren Pemberton.

Funeral services for Mr. Raymond Eugene Pemberton will be held Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Haisten McCullough Funeral Home. Minister Steve Vice will officiate. Interment will follow in Griffin Memorial Gardens.
