He passed away September 4, 2022. He was born March 7, 1954 in Portland, Oregon.
He is survived by his four older sisters. Carolyn Cain, Barbara Lundervold, Judy Backer, Janice Buckner, and Wayne Cain brother-in-law. He had five nieces and one nephew. Valorie Futcher, Stacie Behrmann, Kirsten Chisholm, Stephanie Devries, Amanda Frye and Matthew Lundervold. There are twelve grand-nephews, four grand-nieces, and also eleven grand-dogs.
Jack in his youth enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle. He was an avid collector of toy trucks, and
spent much time going to toy shows. He spent most of his working career in the trucking industry.
He loved his family, and he will be greatly missed, but not forgotten.
