William Donald Cooley, 76, of Van Buren, Arkansas passed away Friday, April 28, 2017 in a Fort Smith hospital. He was born May 14, 1940 in Moberly, Missouri to John and Iola Cooley.
He is survived by nieces and nephews.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
