Vicki Marie Compton, 74, of Muskogee, Oklahoma passed away Thursday, July 4, 2024 in Greenwood, Arkansas. She was born April 20, 1950 in Bradford, Pennsylvania to Robert and Geraldine Hays. She was a retired administrative secretary and member of Southeast Baptist Church in Muskogee.
She is survived by one son, Chris Compton and wife, Crystal of Greenwood; two daughters, Jenny Fuller and husband, Billy of Muldrow and Rabonna Young of Liberty, TX; two brothers, Bob Hays and wife, Margaret of Muskogee and Joe Hays and wife, Leigh of Muskogee; eight grandchildren, Chanie Taylor, James Young, Whitney Kirkpatrick, Hunter Fuller, Taylor Compton, Ethan Compton, Ashlyn Compton and Adison Compton and sixteen grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Compton, two sisters, Donna Conley and Bonnie Bryant and two grandchildren, Cristian Compton and Bradley Fuller.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Inurnment will be at the Fort Smith National Cemetery at a later date.
