Raymond Clarence Franklin, 78, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2021 in his home. He was retired from The Automotive Parts Store and was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

He is survived by two brothers, Jimmy Franklin and Billy Joe Franklin and two sisters, Sandra Franklin and Karen Baird.

Cremation is under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
