Brenda Kay Palsa, 62, of Huntington, Arkansas passed away Sunday, October 13, 2024 in a Fort Smith hospital. She was born June 28, 1962 in Fort Smith to Billy and Lavera (David) Byers. She was a tax collector for Sebastian County.

She is survived by her husband, David Palsa; one son, Vann Jeffords of Dallas, TX; two brothers, Brian Byers of Fort Smith and Randy Byers of Fort Smith and one sister, Susie Black of Greenwood.

Cremation is under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
