William Paul Nolan Jr.

Bill was born October 4, 1939, in Steubenville, Ohio to the late William Paul Nolan Sr. and Ruth I. Peightel. He was a graduate of Youngstown State University.

Bill was an avid golfer, fisherman, Lionel train collector and he really enjoyed having a good time with family and friends. He enjoyed traveling with his wife, Bonnie and visiting historical sites. He was very active at Messiah Lutheran Church in Mauldin, SC and Christ Lutheran Church in Cape Coral, FL.

He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Bonnie W. Nolan; two daughters; Christine Lee (John) Maloney and Mary Beth Shaw; one son: Richard Scott (Sherry) Nolan; one step-daughter; Holly Lynne (Doug) Pauly; one brother; Robert K. (Patricia) Nolan and one sister; Nancy J. Keelan. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.

A Celebration of Bill’s Life will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 11:00 am at Messiah Lutheran Church with a visitation prior to the service at 10:00 am.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Messiah Lutheran Church, 1100 Log Shoals Road, Mauldin, SC 29662.
