Nancy Pruitt

Pruitt, Nancy Clamp, 78, died peacefully at home with family on April 9, 2022. Born in Miami, FL, she is the daughter of the late William Arthur Clamp, Jr and Jenny Mozelle Williams Clamp and resided in Greenville, SC. Nancy lived passionately; tough as nails and as sweet as the iced tea she offered with a smile. She excelled in all things domestic, her home an oasis of beauty and delicious food. Her greatest loves, apart from family, were her piano and decorating. She found joy in playing her favorite hymns, at all hours of the day or night. In her professional working career, she was an Executive Assistant.

Surviving is her husband, Larry James Pruitt, of Greenville, SC; her Children, Kevin and Ami Ward of Greer, SC, and Larry (Laddie) James Pruitt, II of Spartanburg, SC; her two grandchildren, Logan and Lauren Ward of Greer, SC; her brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Mary Margaret Clamp of Pawley’s Island, SC; her sister and brother-in-law Sandie and Cade Love of Columbia, SC. She was predeceased by her son, Robert Keller Ward of Greenville, SC.

Memorial Service will be held at Rolling Green Village at The Village Center, Blue Ridge Room D, Greenville, SC, Saturday, April 23, at 3:00pm.
