She was born in Greenville, SC to Harold Duncan and Betty Knight Duncan.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, William W. Doty; mother, Betty Duncan; sisters: Peggy Sammons (Kenneth) and Sara Duncan; brother, James Duncan; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is so thankful to be blessed by God to have such a wonderful family.
She was preceded in death by her beloved father, Harold Duncan.
She was a woman of profound faith in Jesus Christ and was a devoted member of Morningside Baptist Church.
Martha was a devoted homemaker and dedicated to her family. She was a caregiver and always concerned about others will be greatly miss by many that knew her.
A celebration of life will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, December 29, 2023 at Mackey Funerals and Cremations at Woodlawn Memorial Chapel. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 9:00 to 9:45 AM. Burial will follow service at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Greenville, SC.
