Cecil Mae Morgan

She was born in Greenville SC on December 25, 1924 to the late Samual B and Willie Mae Jones. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband James H Morgan and Sons Don Morgan and Steve and wife Kathy Morgan along with her siblings Ned and Nan (Jones) Pate, William and Virginia (Jones) Hooker, Irel and Marcell (Jones) Compton, Cleveland and Faye (Jones) Bryant, R.B. and Margret Jones, Dub and Gladys Jones, James and Mary (Jones) Turner, and Bobby Jones and Granddaughter Mandy Harrison.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Chris and Tracy (Morgan) Semones, Sisters in laws Emma Jean Jones (Bobby) and Josie (Morgan) Galloway and husband Ed. grandchildren Jessica Charles, Stephanie Morgan and husband John Todd, McKenzie Chastain, Dawn and Chris Chastain. She was loved by numerous nieces, nephews, great grandchildren, grandnieces, grandnephews and friends. She was a loving soul to any and everyone that ever met her. She was a devoted servant of God, her family whom she loved dearly and unconditionally. She will be missed by all that knew her.

Services for Cecil will be held on Sunday, December 10, 2023 at Mackey Funerals and Cremations 311 Century Dr. Greenville, SC 29607. Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM followed by the funeral service at 2:00 PM in the chapel. Burial will follow the service in Woodlawn Memorial Park, 1 Pine Knoll Dr. Greenville, SC 29609.
